Buzzwole appears in Pokemon Sun while Pheromosa appears in Moon. Sun is to masculinity whereas Moon is to woman, this is a theme present in many cultures and their mythologies. In game even refers to Lunala as the female evolution of Cosmoem and likewise for Solgaleo.
Pheromosa clearly evokes the image of a female. Anyone can see this save for the most deluded of SJWs. Buzzwole evokes the image of a masculine figure.
