Quick Rules
1. You get to choose 3 starters, 1 for each type, so no Pikachu.
2. You can't eat your Pokemon
3. If you attack people, or other trainers' Pokemon with yours, you lose your Pokemon because the government sucks in this universe.
Everything else is allowed ;)
