Actually it's rather fast if you know how to and make sure you set it up properly.

And there you have your level 100 a day. It may seem rather slow but the fact you can gain 32 levels in a single shot is worth it. The tricky thing is getting those stalls though as I think they are exclusive to pokémon Sun (maybe not) .

That's how I did it, took me about 12 hours. It's a pain in the ass, but at least I got to use my bottle caps on ultra beasts and Tapus.
