We can't change the IVs though.
Hyper training doesn't help you breed better pokemon.

Although being able to change the ball makes sense...
I just want to know why the fuck are they shiny locking all the legendaries and other random mons.

Do you really want to end up in a situation where you run into a shiny you can't catch because of the trial? I get not liking locking legendaries but locking stuff in Trials is smart
