Choice banded Zydoge/50% ddancer Zygarde for example are a good for this. weakning lot's of shit with Thousand Arrows.
You can also use Choice-specs in rain team or even not in rain team to literally shitting on shit ton of things. 153 s.attack, 132 speed and powerful priority while still having item is good. Sure, you need to pick up a weakened target to actually go IKU-Z, but it's not even hard desu
