I have about 22 Vulpix breedjects that all have Snow Warning and a Timid nature. If by some chance you want one just put something on the GTS that has a low snipe chance and post the following:

Make sure to request a level 1-10 Vulpix. Most of them have between 2-5 perfect IV's.
