Salazzle should've gotten Merciless and Toxapex should've gotten Corrosion. Why give them signature abilities that work against their roles?

Toxapex is supposed to be vicious, you know "apex" as in "apex predator" and Salazzle is supposed to have this unique mixture of Fire and Poison that has synergy and makes both more effective than normal.

The abilities make sense as they are.
