2. Open the Ohana3DS folder and run the exe inside it.
3. File > Open a .bin file from the pokemon folder for the first one. For other parts, use the import buttons in each dropdown. The different .bin files are labeled by number, but the key that describes each one is in the readme file at the root of pokemon models folder.
4. Select an animation from the skeletal animations dropdown and click play.
5. You can select different models from the models dropdown if you import more. As long as you have imported the corresponding texture, you should see it show up on one of the two models for each pokemon.
