There's no way Decidueye is staying in OU when Pokebank mons are back. And that's all for the better, UU is a much better tier for him and frankly a much better tier all around.

Some Pokémon are considered good right now because we don't have access to around 500 of the other ones. However once SM gets Bank support we'llget access to them and the new Alolamons will drop drastically in use.

Decidueye is trash but owltists refuse to see it
Baracat might have a niche in UU when it gets Intimidate but until then it's trash
Transeal is trash in OU because Tapu Fini is it but better, and even in UU it's not that great
