Is it gonna be insta Uber? Was Technician really necessary? They should've given it Pressure or something else, he is a fast Scizor on steroids thanks to Ghost type, Technician is just too OP. What can even take both Ghost and Fighting coverage off 125 Attack and Speed?

Memes aside, Spectral Thief or Shadow Sneak for Ghost STAB?

Spectral Thief: Before doing damage, it first steals any positive stat boosts. Just imagine attacking a Gyarados with its own Dragon Dance while losing it.

Shadow Sneak: Priority STAB boosted to meme territory and 90 BP. It allows to become a Scizor 2.0 but with Ghost priority while being faster.

Both. You honestly don't need anything else. You can run Choice Band or Life Orb or even Assault Vest with Close Combat, Spectral Thief, Shadow Sneak, Ice Punch. Bulk Up is usable but not necessary, and I would rather replace Ice Punch over Shadow Sneak, as Landorus takes a minimum of 70% from Marshadow's Spectral Thief after a Bulk Up and accounting Intimidate.
And you don't even have to run Jolly because you have enough speed to outspeed ponies with Adamant while Latios and Metagross murdered by snek. Well Metagross needs a bit of damage since Life Orb snek does between 66% and 81% but it's fuckhuge anyway. Bulk Up makes Metagross irrelevant.

even if it had fucking pressure it could be good. It's got great stats, a really good offensive typing, it's sanic and it's got a pretty good movepool with a useful signature move and coverage
technician helps it a little if it wants to run priority if needed, and it makes some of its moves not totally worthless, like rock tomb to donk birds or scarfers
