Seeing as how pokemon apparently take as little as 3 seconds to fuck, become pregnant, and have an egg, we can assume that the ditto does all of that then returns to normal when placed in the daycare. So could you have kids with it in a few seconds, or would the ditto be pregnant for 9 months? If the ditto shapeshifted back, would it be a miscarriage or would the ditto still be pregnant with your baby? OR, would the ditto be locked in the form of your wife for 9 months, unable to transform back?
