>>30642326I thought that too when the spoiler came out but when I reach the part where Lillie asked if Lusamine didn't cared about Guzma at all, instead of confirming that she just told Lillie to leave. Seem pretty evading for me. That is when I felt there is more-than-meet-the-eye of these two's relationship, which GF seem to left it for interpretion.
Also they aren't that much a mismatch. Lusamine is obsessed in beauty of both her possessions and herself while Guzma is obsessed in strength, to appear strong by devaluing his opponents. They are pretty much two side of the same coin but express differently due to their gender role (similar to Pheromosa and Buzzwole! Sun and Moon seem to have male/female dichotomy theme).
