Seriously, that is one dangerous Pokemon. Lowers inhibitions and stuff. It's similar to getting drunk, but more powerfully and with longer lasting effects. If Nihilego were to invade our earth, I suspect you'd have a lot of crazy horrible things happen based on people's inner desires going unchecked.
...Or depending on who they got to, a bunch of people could just go streaking down Hollywood Boulevard.

They should have given Electric Surge to Raikou, an auto-setter for Entei that puts down the sea of fire effect from Grass + Fire Pledge and... something else for Suicune. I'd say Tailwind for lore reasons, but that'd be extremely broken mechanically.

Well, the first time she wanted the ubs, she was going to destroy alola, and I wasn't going to let that happen until I at least finished my island challenge, The second time around, I really wanted to just leave her to starve or some shit, but I couldn't bear to leave Guzma behind, so I didn't have much of a choice but to help Lillie get her psycho mom back.

Well, she only came into contact with Nihilego after that fight in Aether Foundation, she probably observed it from a distance before, thus promting her obession with that UB in particular and made Lillie like that. While making herself like Pheromosa, another one she simply observed.

Come to think of it, wouldn't Nihilego need to make some sort of physical contact to infect a host? The earliest that could've happened would've been offscreen with the one that got loose in the Aether building, and she had the whole Ultra Beast fixation and was a shitty mom long before that point.

She had driven away Lillie two years prior, and when Lillie is mentioned shortly before the Nihilego enters through an Ultra Wormhole, her expression goes dark. There'd be no reason for this if a Nihilego didn't already have her drugged up on neurotoxins, because on Exeggutor Island, you find out from Lillie that before Lusamine was affected by it, she was nowhere near as bad a parent.
