I stopped by the Nintendo NYC store this week to see what new plushes they had. Only the Alola starters so far, so I passed. Once they get some others in maybe I'll get one. I really want a Yungoos or Gumshoos for some reason.

how long do the pokémon center plushes take to start being sold in the u.s.? i know there were plushes of the starters + box legends being sold in japan around 2 months before the games came out, and the starter plushes only got here about a week before the game came out with no solgaleo or lunala plushes in sight. the 2nd "wave" with rockruff/pikipek/komala/togedemaru/alolan vulpix was available in japan when the games came out, but i don't know the release date for them over here yet.

It's hard to say, because the website opened almost a full year after XY came out, so we can't compare it to the release waves of last gen. It's gotten things just a month or two after the Japanese release, and other times it takes more than a year for things to show up (looking at you, shiny Mega Metagross). They'll probably want to start whoring out the Gen 7 merch while the games are still hot, though, so I wouldn't expect to wait an insane amount of time.

Wave 2 could appear on the site tomorrow for all I know, they seem to add things randomly and with zero warning.

Those Pokemon Center and TCG pins have me by the balls.
I've got most of the eeveelutions (missing the newest two, where is sylveon tho), the spooky pikachu set, the base form gen 1 starters, and all the mythicals released via the tcg packs.
I'm spreading them among some of my hats and wearing them proudly. Most people think they're the Disney collector pins anyway.

I collect the tomy monster collection series. Currently have all of gen 1 & 2, and a decent chunk of the rest. Got all they made of gen 6 which was like, 12 whole figures. Currently waiting on the gen 7 figures to drop in price and goddamn I really want a mimikyu figure. They just announced bewear for January too.

I've really wanted to use them for pokemon tabletop ever since I found out that was a thing, but I don't have any friends to play it with ;_;

My most recent Pokemon purchase is a bisharp pokedoll. I'm planning on getting that meowth in the pic and a sleeping ditto plush on the Pokemon center website soon. It's an H-game where you play as a slutty elf chick with huge tits fuck and get raped by all sorts of villagers and monsters. It's fairly easy to find but it's like 65% translated (at least the version I have) and the rest is japanese. Pretty decent as far as free H-games go

I don't think I can get a picture that doesn't make it look like crap, since it's just a bundle of pipe cleaners. And of course I made it the same week as the dex leaks, so I had no clue the tail was supposed to split way higher up, and I'm regretting that now.

But I bought way too many pipe cleaners so I guess I could make about 20 more if it bothered me that much

I got the jumbo sized substitute. Get the smaller sized one if you can. I have a small Intern Pikachu on a shelf; the comically oversized substitute doesn't really go anywhere (I just have it on my other recliner)
