Anon, pokemon either have high speed and shit defense, or high defense and shit speed.

Anything that sucks at both is shit unless it can make up for it somehow, via ability or something else.

You can start by fixing the Ice type as a whole and make it less shit at being defensive, buff the Hail weather condition and then give it a decent movepool.

Because Game Freak is afraid that Hitoshi Ariga can design good Pokémon with good design (with exception of Aegislash and Mega Beedrill). Notice how every Pokémon designed by him is not good (Pangoro, Tyrantrum, Aurorus, Vikavolt, Minior, Drampa, A-Golem, A-Muk are all bad or have heavy flaws)

Tyrantrum is very slow with the Rock-type doing nothing besides giving it more weaknesses and STAB with low accuraccy.

Aurorus has the worst type combination and being bulky didn't save it.

Drampa has an unique type combination but 36 Speed means it can be defeated by super effective Fighting moves before doing anything.

Minior has a good ability and has Shell Smash but the Flying-type does nothing but hindering.

Vikavolt doesn't have a reason to be used over Galvantula when both share the same typing and Galvantula being faster and having more accurate Thunders.

About Alolan Muk I was wrong, it is a better Drapion.

Ground immunity + STAB Acrobatics after White Herb gets consumed during Shell Smash boi.

It doesn't matter. Aurorus is a special attacker, it should learn the special rock move for a lot of reasons.
