Ok, this is how it works. Smogon stole the term Psuedo, and used it to describe rare Pokemon with a BST of 600. This thread doesn't follow that. Instead, we go by the original. A Psuedo Legendary is a Pokemon that has it's own lore, is "usually" 2 stage, and typically is hard to get in its own gen. For example, Lucario, Zoroark, or Volcarona. Let's call these the Fenglar Pseudos, so no one gets confused.
