Do /vp/ actually complete their dex legit and catch all the mons or do you just use GTS?

I catch most of what I can, and GTS the trade evolutions/version exclusives/bullshit encounters (like Mareanie, Goodra, Castform, etc).

When I have some time and autism left post-100% I then start to breed and evolved traded Pokemon for my living dex and to have as much of my OT as possible.

I only catch them myself unless it's opposite version exclusive. In that case I have to trade with my neice.

Everything else may as well be injected. But I have crippling legitimacy autism so that's just me.
