The fucking dog forme has the same ATK base stats as the complete forme. The dog forme at 10% of its power has the same ATK as the mecha that's supposed to keep the ecosystem intact. All the Complete Forme does is give Zygarde +10 Sp.Atk, at the cost of 10 Spe, and 100 more HP.
