I wouldn't say hungrybox "plays" fox, but the last time i remember him trying, he used the shine as a reflect which nobody ever does.
last I remember, leffen plays fox pretty boring with shine jab upsmash, which is at least consistent, and westballz is a tech monkey who pops 30mg adderall and grinds his shield pressure strings while circus music plays in his head.
pokemon is a turn based rpg which is a big contributing factor in VGC being a joke format since the overcentralization is much more absolute. especially because there are other viable formats such as on sims like showdown, while nobody plays the other smash formats like ironman or items+banned stages
