So i'm currently on a 50+ Ditto chain, but how exactly do IVs work after that? Do i have i higher chance of encountering a pokemon with more than 4 IV as the chain increases or it's just pure luck?

I encountered a shiny Ditto at chain 28. Caught it due to being shiny, checked and it had 4 IVs, while the others were just slightly off being perfect too.

So at least how many chained mons do you need to kill until you find an HA one? I killed like 20 paras twice and the ones I caught didn't have HA.

There isn't any set number for hidden abilities. They're just as rare at call 200 as they are at call 2. You have to be able to scout them.
