Pokemon is not even designed that way. Not all pokemon are meant to be good, or balanced completely, with each other. That's just not the way that the game was designed. Gumshoos is not designed to be competitively equal to tapu bulu. If they are disappointed about stuff like that then they should play a different game or not care about VGC. There is really no use in whining about it.

There are dozens of ways to avoid speed tie situations and there is no reason for you to confront that situation if you don't want to. If you decide to go ahead straight into a speed tie situation and then lose the speed tie, it's your fucking fault and you shouldn't whine about it.

Yes, there are a lot of way to avoid them, but even trying to avoid them, I still got them. 12, 36, 252, EVs, less or full IVs. It has been a fucking inferno.

Last I heard the guy was allowed to keep playing but was penalized by not being allowed to use the Porygon anymore AND that he wouldn't receive CP no matter his placing, and again, it was unsourced.

He didn't have it DQ'd, there was another guy with Pory2 who wrote it as Porygon. Wolfe was mostly complaining about Markus getting teamsheeted into going 1-4 in day 2. Wolfe himself went 11-3 and bubbled due to resistance, only 3 players out of 9 with that record could make top 8.

There's a few good girls in VGC other than Trista (who nearly made top 8) desu, one of them went 7-0 in Liverpool (and lost the top 16 while several 4-3's qualified to it, and got no CP lol). Still relatively few, so the odds aren't good.
