Pheromosa is not too good for OU. They might ban it because they're retarded, same as they banned Hoopa Unbound when it didn't deserve it. But it's not too good for OU, and obviously it'll be nothing in Ubers.

It literally shits all over offensive teams by outspeeding them and U-turning out of the things it can't OHKO.

It's cancer. Toxapex and Aegislash (which is banned) are literally the only reliable switch-ins.

Because they're not going to suspect things when the meta is so chaotic. Genesect was kind of on that borderline in gen 6 and Darkrai has been just completely broken since gen 4.

Ubers is a banlist for OU. It's irrelevant whether a Pokemon is good there or not, if it's too good for OU, that's where it gos.
