tauros was fucking retarded in gen 2 with rest/sleep talk/horn drill/fissure and was a big part of why OHKO moves got banned in the first place. pretty unremarkable in gen 2 after that, though.

i remember it being OU in gen 3 too, but looking at it now it's apparently BL so i guess people soured on it.

Fairies were introduced to nerf Hydreigon(the Fairy marketing focused on him for a reason), not Garchomp.

Hydreigon was literal cancer during Gen V.

desu regice wasn't even good after fire red/leaf green and blissey was introduced. It was only OU as a carryover from the Ruby/sapphire 200 days when it was the only way to deal with special attackers, after that it was a meme
