Seriously, I played a lot of fightan games, and enetered tournies. Most everyone there spent a LOT of time on their game at home. In the lab(Training mode), online, playing with friends, etc.
You're telling me, that the Pokemon community should be exempt from this? That you should be able to skip past the homework, and just pop up at a tournament and compete without doing any work?
What a fucking entitled and disgusting community. Shit. And people shit on the FGC? Holy shit, this is actually kinda sad.
And it's not just FGC.
I know guys who play fuckloads of Dota because they do tournies, I know CS:Go guys on steam who work their asses off to stay fresh. A few of my buddies are seriously getting into Overwatch and formed a team to grind out competitive and online tournies.
All of them want to improve at their chosen game and dump a LOT of their free time into it. So fuck you for thinking that you should be exempt from this. Play the damn game nigga, or go play something else.
