Not really. The only other option is grinding up 18 eggs and having them sit in the spa in Pelago but that's only useful when you're one generation away from what you need.

I sent about half a box of evolved wonder trade abras infected with PKRS. It really isn't worth the time and effort. Releasing them to save box space is more time efficient, and both methods does negligible to "make wonder trade better again".

I've sent out at least five or six boxes of breed rejects since the games came out.

In return I've gotten a handful of good pokemon, a bunch of route 1 shit and at least two boxes of japanese quick ball abras

I actually got a 5 IV shiny Mimikyu when doing this with the IVs all in the right places. Wasn't expecting it at all cause both the parents are from me.

I made it worse. I bred my box of Synchronize monkeys, and Modest took forever.
I evolved about one box of them, then just mass Wondertraded them, and about three boxes of mostly Synchronize Abra with non-Modest natures.
