So I made it through the grind and got the Poké Finder to level 5, found the little dude, went through the cutscene where he vanishes from the photo, got the Z-crystal, and now I'm stuck.

How do I actually fight/capture it?

If I have to wait for an event that Game Freak withholds for two years I'll feel Marshadown.
