Not saying I don't think she's older than she appears - I wouldn't be surprised if she had a line saying "Kid? I'm 15, you know!" or something while Hau face-faults like he did with Lusamine. I just don't think this "centuries old ghost loli" theory makes any sense just considering the fact of her station and the attention she would get if someone noticed she hadn't changed at all in 10-20 years.
