Got my game super late and no idea what the meta is, so I'm wondering if there's a compiled list of every team/pokemon currently used on high levels.

Preferably with basic spreads and/or movesets, but I could make do without.

I don't have specifics, but things are very Tapu Koko, Alolan Marrowak, and Mega Scizor centered at the moment.
Literally every team needs a Tapu, not unlike gen 5, where every team needed a weather setter, even if your only use of that weather is to deny other people theirs (Bulu works the best for this purpose)
The UBs are largely not used because Alolan Marrowak counters every single one of them.
Scizor is used to pick off Tapus
