By the way, these abilities need to have a buff that makes sense. Kluts with 33% attack increase does not make sense. Klutz with knock off effect does.

Really all you need to do is change when it activates.

Wimp Out: switch out immediately upon reaching 50% HP.
Emergency Exit: Switch out at the end of the turn upon reaching 50% hp.

I always thought that Pressure meant air pressure, or some kind of movement restriction over the battlefield. Most of the mons that get it are Flying or Psychic typed, and my headcanon is that the ability makes it a little harder to move physically, so attacking takes extra effort, hence the PP drain.

That's far too overpowered.
Maybe something like each inactive turn regenerates 1/8 health.
Maybe not that much because Slaking does have a load of HP, but something to give it some preservability.
