seriously i thought battle tree would be like elite 4 but harder but i see people on VP posting their EV TRAINED pokemon and i just cant compare

i bred them for a good nature but i enjoyed the game and let them battle whoever they wanted

Stuff like the tree has historically been tough because at a point the game will start including hard counters to what you're using.

Just watch some competitive battles to see sets you like, take note of them, breed good natured mons, EV train them, and boom you're ready. It's not too bad honestly
