Sub + Roost Dragonite with Dragon Claw and Earthquake
Magma Storm Heatran with Earth Power beats almost everything that stall uses except bulky water and you can use Toxic to hit those on the switch
Monoattacker Mega-Altaria is also pretty amazing against stall teams but it's unreleased at the moment
A Mega-Altaria + Heatran core can beat any form of stall
Mega Gardevoir with taunt beats everything in stall except Skarmory and Celesteela (so that means Steel types that aren't weak to Focus Blast) and those are broken apart by Xurkitree
A Tornadus T + Pelipper core accomplishes almost the same but it's extremely weak to Electric types
Substitute Mega Heracross can break apart everything with a combination of Arm Thrust, Pin Missile/Bullet Seed and Rock Blast but fails to deal with bulky ghost types, poison types and fairy types, so something like Excadrill can help it break apart those although this core loses against Mega-Sableye and hard
The only reason stall isn't as prominent it's because it's boring, but if it came to be more popular one of those cores or similar cores can help
