Incineroar actually looks like a pokemon, not a weird-colored panther. And you can still put it on all fours as the above shows.
I can get the annoyance at the sausage-fingers and speed drop. I really do. But there's enough fanart both Japanese and western that make him look awesome while keeping the official proportions/OG anime/game style out there. Helps the initial rush of bara-furfag art posted of him slowed down a lot for more normal art to pop up.
I like Incineroar and I feel like a lot of people've warmed up to him (oh har fire joke) and it's just the memers hating on him by now.
