thunder rod+encore+nasty plot+great speed lets it completely fuck over most electric types and then sweeps with 2.5+ spa atk

Both normal AND A-Raichu work in doubles. Normal has Lightningrod, and A- has synergy with Koko and Lele. Fake Out, Nuzzle, Encore, Feint, etc. Raichu is very good in a doubles format.
