It's no Tyranitar or Hippowdon but it can hold its own. Being a Rock type with actually decent SpDef that gets boosted by the Sand helps too.

Much better, but still outclassed by Tyranitar. Pretty fun in game though and I can see it being pretty well represented in lower tier.

Still wish they'd flipped its Atk and Sp Atk and given it Drought instead though.

Does tyranitar outspeed other weather setters? Gigalith might have a niche for the sole fact that it might be able to outslow torkoal and override drought.
