Not really, there are other counters, although they aren't very good. The bulkier ghosts do ok (cofagrigus, jellicent, doublade) but they aren't really that great in OU outside of small niches.

Pex and Marowak are the only answers to it that don't suck against other stuff, and even they have problems (toxapex gets fucked by dugtrio u-turn and marowak has no recovery at all and is weak to rocks)

Bulky teams can kinda handle it, the problem is that it just shits all over offense. Your only hope is priority after making it take some rocks or life orb recoil, or alolawak.

toxapex can't beat that set (even with haze it takes too much from +1) and depending on what you choose you either ohko mantine or do like 85 to alolan marowak

it's a bit risky without sash but really how many times does somebody _not_ send toxapex when pheromosa is out

it means something because there are people happy to play the stall game against Toxapex and the most common Celesteela builds use Protect. If they can get rid of Toxapex a burn matters fuck all.

Not to mention that Autotomize builds with Air Slash hit Toxapex fairly hard, and some builds (20%) are starting to use Earthquake

Celesteela is in super high demand. I think it's pretty much impossible to get a Kartana traded for it.
As for Pheromosa, it's easier to get. Anyway, I've got them all by putting Feebas on the GTS.
