Whoever okayed the stats on Vic Viper to be so low should be fired. Its typing isn't amazing, but it didn't deserve such a terrible stat allocation.

All of the porygon line's cries got improved, although that was only a given since they are naturally digitally created pokemon, and so their cries are unnatural and digital as fuck.
