You could search a booru for his tag and "crown" I guess? Pixiv would be much more difficult though, since only character tags are really used

While I wouldn't call him a full Mary Sue, he does have Suelike traits. The most obvious one to me is how he literally cannot leave the house without encountering a legendary pokemon. We're currently nine chapters in and his team consists of Dewott, Keldeo, and Genesect.
Also he's an elite secret agent at the age of 12.

To be fair, the legendaries thing is a reference to how you could get the both keldeo and geneset during the first weeks of BW2.
The "getting the ladies" thing is actually a facade, he doesn't actually feel anything for them, he is just looking for the plasma girl.
