"+4" means combat stages.
I don't know what "4+" means, that's not the normal format for combat stages and it's where the EVs should be.

Corsola was one of my favourite mons back in Gen 2. It's fucking adorable, and I wish it was good in comp.

65 / 95 / 95 defenses aren't that bad, it gets Regenerator and Recover, learns Stealth Rock and Power Gem...

Dammit I want to try using it in OU now.

It just needs an evolution. Or a mega.

Give this thing boosted defenses and HP, make it into a mixed wall and can pour EVs either way. Maybe even give it a new gimmick attack, or set of gimmick attacks, that heal it and raise Def/SpDef ("Calcify"?)
