Fuck this son of a bitch if he can use that shit twice in a row then I can use 2 Max Revives too. I had to kill that Incineroar 3 times over.

I know your pain. All I had left was the Magnezone. 3 consecutive full restores after putting him in the red. Also, pretty sure he used one earlier in the fight on his Incineroar.

What's the rule on this? How many can he use?

Never used any items against him.

You should be used to this by now. It's only a hinderance to them though. Since they're computer AI you can easily plan for that the next time you battle.

I was severely underleveled for this fight, but I refused to lose and come back later and instead saved right before it and soft reseted every time I died. I also had no revives left and only 5 full restores. Let's just say it took me a lot of tries.

In the end, I only won because my Butterfree had max affection, toughed it out, and used Sleep Powder so I could use a Max Revive on Kommo-O. Fucker woke up next turn, too, but I got lucky with a Jolly nature on Kommo-O and barely outsped with a Sky Uppercut KO. After that, Magnezone and Snorlax went down like chumps.

I had a lot of trouble because I was using a team of Pokemon I liked, not an optimised one. Pokemon can actually be tough if you're just enjoying it.

My team had a lot of overlapping types and kinda bad Pokemon, but I had a blast.

For me his Incineroar wasn't a problem but only because my friend playing Moon bred me a Popplio so I had a Primarina on my team. But he still gave me a run for my money, just saying his Incineroar wasn't the issue is all.

Do important trainer have EV trained mons with perfect IVs now?
I get outsped by everything and my super effective attacks do as much damage as neutral hits from the opponent.

It was at that point I knew I was in deep shit, having nearly exhausted my supply of X items and wasted my perfect setup sweep
20 Revives later I managed to recover and deal with his Incineroar but it still took a while to get the better of his Snorlax, couldn't have done it without Mimikyu's Charm and Marowak's Will-O-Wisp
Oh and yeah my team was around lv40

Took me over 10 tries to beat him. It was either the Incineroar or the Magnezone that would sweep me.
Only my Mimikyu could outspeed anything and every other one of my mons would die in 1 or 2 hits. Those stealth rocks didn't help either. One try Braviary Whirlwinded half my team into those rocks.

Littenfag here,over half of my team was weak to water/rock/ground/fairy so his Primarina and most of his mons were actually decently challenging, had to rely on Mimikyu and a Vikavolt with an incredibly shitty nature to take it down. also I only had 3 hyper potions and 3 revives for the entire Elite 4 because I forgot/trying to save money for clothes
