Where can I grind for common items like Oran, Elixir, Apples and gold bars before the postgame?
And how do I connect to Ledian to unlock Super Apple Forest?

Go Pelipper Island for common items. The best way to get gold bars is to rank up, there's not really a go-to dungeon for them as far as I know
