Honestly, Tapu Koko shouldn't even be that good, but that fairy typing and crazy boost from electric terrain really give it the tools it needs to be OP, despite its subpar offensive stat distribution.

the fourth slot can basically be whatever you want, including taunt and thunder wave

dude has a really radical movepool despite the lack of fairy physical. electrium-Z Wild Charge straight up murders almost anything on a neutral hit

Mixed. Naive nature, Thunderbolt/HP Ice/Brave Bird/You Decide (I personally use Grass Knot here, but U-Turn might work better) has yet to let me down. EVs are 4 Atk/252 Sp. Atk/252 Speed, and could probably be fine-tuned to take out specific threats with LO Brave Bird. It can't take a hit for shit, but that's not what it's there for.
