I can't speak for everyone, but personally it's because I do Pornstar run.

For those who don't know, it's when you rp that your character has a secret porn career on the side where she films herself getting fucked by her whole team. For the full experience, you have to fap everytime you beat a big trainer (A gym leader for example) and all you can use is porn with the Pokemon that was the MVP in that battle.
