How would jigglypuff even survive in the wild? I'm not even talking predators, inclement weather or simply trying to forage for food would absolutely wreck this thing.

Jigglypuff is a herbivore. It can also eat cotton candy to survive in rare instances.

Igglybuff just bounces around in the wind and lets the wind take it wherever. I assume Jigglypuff would be the same way.

Pokémon forests are full of berries of all kinds. Also the thing can put asleep predators.

Forests also protect from the wind.

I remember the anime Jigglypuff just went around forests, singing to wild pokemon, and getting pissed off at all of them.
