>>30822130This is basically the old Bulky Arcanine set with overheat swapped for Burn Up. Even Overheat was just to be used once so you could do one massive attack. Arcanine doesn't mind the stat drop. It just wants to tank shit, heal up, spread burns, and pick things off with Extreme Speed.
I use Firinium-Z on my Arcanine though. Inferno Overdrive off Burn Up pretty much deletes whatever doesn't resist it.
By the way, would the earlier mentioned Protean/Skill Swap tactic work with Inferno Overdrive? As in, you first use Burn Up, then the turn after you Z-Move Burn Up into Inferno Overdrive. Would Protean give you the Fire type back off the Z-move?
