Redone with the nodes updated to handle bright textures.

If anyone wants to know it's just Freestyle set to the size of 1 in the render tab and 1 in the line style thickness tab and it's just the contour and edgemark (teeth were highlighted with edge, isn't good when you can see the back edge) and there's two render layers, one that's just the usual render layer without freestyle and one that's just freestyle. Then in the compositor the freestyle lines' alpha is used as the fac for a mix node that softlights black onto the other render layer, and to handle the bright areas the non-freestyle render layer is sent to a black and white converter and inverted and then the constrast is boosted with curves so that only the bright areas become black and everything else is white or near white, and then that's sent to a mix node set to multiply with the other freestyle softlight mix node and the freestyle render layer's alpha is used as the fac. Maybe a color ramp on the inverted image to control how dark the lines end up.

The sweater already had weights on it, I think I had to rename HandEx to ForearmEX but that's it. I know I experimented with the data transfer modifier to apply weights from a different model to it but I don't think I kept it.

Doesn't whatever program that is have some sort of automatic weight feature? Could get a lot of it done with minor refining.

Also looks like he's got swollen elbows rather than muscular arms, needs a quick edit.

I think that's mostly how the surface shader makes it look. I used Archie's rig to create him, so they share most of the same geo.

Modding some shoes into bare feet. It looks like the bare feet were modded into shoes, they just use the same model for everyone and tweak the armature to make them look different.

Would be nice if we had the base models.

I could see in the UVs where they just cut it out, all but maybe two or three vertices couldn't just be snapped into place in the gaps. Really want the original models, surely someone on the team left it in.
