So to get HP Ice, the easiest way is to get perfect IVs in Spec Att/Spec Def/Speed, which adds up to a secret number of 56.
The other IVS should be even numbers, although you can get away with another odd numbered IV in either HP or Attack.

These are IV combos that will get you a Hidden Power Ice. You will be resetting for months to get one of these though.
