Both of these sound like the worst ideas. Dialga would shut down any and all speed based teams, and Palkia's existence would invalidate about half of all Pokemon.

Spacial Mastery: The accuracy of moves used become 100%. The opponent pokemon cant avoid them(Protect, fly, etc)
Temporal Mastery: Charging and Recharging moves used by your pokemon take only 1 turn but are 7/10 powerful(Give it all these moves as well)
Matter Mastery: Not effective and not very effective moves used by this pokemon became super effective

Would it affect giratina itself? and would it affect immunities like inverse battles do? because if so, giratina would be weak to fire, water, grass, electric, bug, poison, fighting and normal just by existing.

It is a cool ability, but it has me wondering what benefit does it have for giratina itself.

Well, if it's on a primal reversion it could come with a typing change (such as to, say, normal/something. Or ice/something. Or Normal/Ice just for insane inverted resistances). And there's the simple fact that its moveset would be designed with the inversion in mind, while the opponents' would not.
