Fill the speaker holes on your DS with glue, then put a small slice of ham over your bottom screen and close your DS for 3-4 hours. When you open your DS the ham should resemble a tortoise shell. Blow into the opening on the shell and Tortuga the Tortoise Tamer will appear before you. Follow him into the orange doorway he came from. Do not take your eyes off Tortuga's back or Torkoal will not evolve. Watch the story that you see playing out on his back with your eyes. When it is finished, run in the other direction until you find a tree. Hit your head against the tree as hard as you can, and you will fall asleep. A cloaked figure will appear to you in a dream.
