Judging by how the French line has a gender variable tag, I assume you get the line regardless of if you're a boy or a girl. I think English is the only language that makes it sound like a date, though. The Japanese 付き合って is somewhat ambiguous as it could mean to date or to just hang out. The Chinese text explicitly says "join me for a round of golf'.
