Higher BST and a better move pool. I'd run Normalize on that for the stab bonuses with choice band or something. I used to have one in XY, but had to overlevel her a lot to be viable in-game, I'm not sure if I traded her for something, I should check that.

The unobtainable Megas are used by NPC's and there data is still in the game alongside the stone, it's just that there's no legal way yet of obtaining said stones. So stop being a brain dead Mega hater.
